The deadline for Hajj 2027 registration is Monday, 2nd January 2027. However, we strongly recommend registering as early as possible to secure your preferred accommodation and flight options, as slots are limited and fill up quickly. Early registration also allows for better financial planning through our monthly payment plans and gives you more time for spiritual preparation.

Yes! We offer flexible monthly contribution plans for both Hajj and Umrah packages through our "Pay Small Small" scheme. You can start with an initial deposit (as low as ₦500,000 for Hajj packages) and pay the balance in monthly installments over 3-12 months. There is 0% interest on our payment plans. We accept bank transfers, direct deposits to our corporate bank accounts, cash payments at our offices, and mobile money transfers. All payments are receipted and recorded. Cancellation policies vary by package and timing:

• 90+ days before departure: Full refund minus administrative fees (₦100,000)
• 60-90 days before departure: 75% refund
• 30-60 days before departure: 50% refund
• Less than 30 days: No refund, but credit may be applied to future travel

Required vaccinations for Saudi Arabia include: Meningococcal meningitis (ACWY) vaccine - mandatory and must be administered at least 10 days before travel, Polio vaccine, and COVID-19 vaccination (as per current Saudi regulations). Other recommended vaccinations include Yellow Fever, Hepatitis A & B, Typhoid, and Tetanus. We provide guidance on where to get these vaccinations before travel.

Accommodation varies by package selection. Economy packages include 3-4 star hotels within walking distance of the Haram in Makkah and the Prophet's Mosque in Madinah. Premium packages feature 4-5 star hotels like the Clock Tower (Swissotel Al Maqam), Rua Al Hijrah, and Pullman Zamzam.
