Information about visa processing, flights, and travel requirements
Hajj visas are typically processed 2-3 months before Hajj season. Umrah visas are available year-round with 2-4 weeks processing time. During peak seasons (Ramadan, December), processing may take longer. We recommend applying at least 6-8 weeks before your intended travel date. Our experienced team handles all documentation to ensure smooth processing with a 98%+ approval rate.
In the rare event that a visa application is denied, we will refund all payments except for the non-refundable visa application fee (typically β¦50,000). Our visa approval rate is over 98% due to our experience and proper documentation handling. We provide comprehensive guidance on required documents and conduct pre-submission reviews to minimize rejection risks.
We partner with premium airlines including Qatar Airways, Emirates, and Saudi Arabian Airlines for our pilgrimage packages. Flights depart from Lagos (LOS) and other major Nigerian airports depending on package selection. All flight schedules are shared well in advance with confirmed bookings.
Required vaccinations for Saudi Arabia include: Meningococcal meningitis (ACWY) vaccine - mandatory and must be administered at least 10 days before travel, Polio vaccine, and COVID-19 vaccination (as per current Saudi regulations). Other recommended vaccinations include Yellow Fever, Hepatitis A & B, Typhoid, and Tetanus. We provide guidance on where to get these vaccinations before travel.
Accommodation varies by package selection. Economy packages include 3-4 star hotels within walking distance of the Haram in Makkah and the Prophet's Mosque in Madinah. Premium packages feature 4-5 star hotels like the Clock Tower (Swissotel Al Maqam), Rua Al Hijrah, and Pullman Zamzam. All accommodations are carefully selected for proximity to the holy sites, cleanliness, and quality of service.
